Not all medical problems/requests are suitable for eConsultations. If you cannot see your issue/request on our list, we suggest that you contact our reception team on 01844 261066 who will be happy to assist you.

If you are confident that your clinical question is a simple one, you may wish to try one of the templates below. Please remember you CANNOT use these options to simply request a telephone call or consultation with the GP – please ensure that you use the template most appropriate to your symptoms or query.

You may wish to send a medication query if:

  • You are having difficulty finding a pharmacy that can supply you’re medication
  • You have concerns about medication side effects
  • You are having difficulty taking your medication

You may wish to use this template below if:

  • Your query relates to a very minor clinical condition
  • Your query relates to an ongoing issue that our team are already familiar with
  • You have been asked to do so by our team

Please remember we cannot accept repeat medication requests via eConsult. You need to request these through your online access (NHS App or Patient Access) or by submitting a paper request which can be posted at the front entrance or handed in at reception.
