The Rycote Practice takes its commitment to helping those in the final
stages of life very seriously. We also recognise the importance of
supporting the family and friends of a patient.
We work closely with specialist services, including MacMillan nurses,
other specialist nurses and palliative care consultants.
We hold regular meetings to discuss individual care, and we ensure that
all patients who are in the final stages of life have a usual GP who can
co-ordinate their care needs.
