We have a facility to request repeat prescriptions on-line.
To access on-line repeat prescriptions you will need a log-on and
password provided by us. The same details provide access for on-line
appointment booking. Simply ask at reception for your log-on
details.
We will also give you a copy of our 'contract' regarding use of these
